The HPC research centers or start-ups face different challenges because of its specific activity. It is sometimes hard to persuade venture capitalists or angel investors to invest in the product or the start-up in this area because of the lack of immediate ROI. Some suggestions concerning this came from the audience: - Make hpc more interesting by more communication and making the step to market easier and quicker. - Present more mature technologies to the VC. - Try to translate HPC into something that speaks to them.
