The last TETRAMAX summer school at ACACES21

On 13 September Ray Garcia kicked off the summer school session for TETRAMAX with an inspiring course on Entrepreneurship for scientists considering forming an innovative new venture.

We've also been learning from Riccardo Apreda about how intellectual property rights can actually be a business tool. And to finish the entrepreneurial immersion, Paul Pietrangelo talked about how you make an objective assessment of different funding sources, and therefore, save energy on their pursuit of funding.

All selected students for the TETRAMAX course were invited to the ACACES summer school in Fiuggi, which started on 13 September, and have the opportunity to take three courses on entrepreneurship by some top of the list-experts:

As a dessert, they were allowed to choose one other course from the ACACES summer school menu.

TETRAMAX is a Horizon 2020 innovation action within the European Smart Anything Everywhere (SAE) initiative in the domain of customized and low-energy computing for Cyber Physical Systems and the Internet of Things. As a Digital Innovation Hub, TETRAMAX aims to bring added value to European industry, helping to gain competitive advantage through faster digitization. The project partially builds on experiences with the TETRACOM project during 2013-2016. TETRAMAX was launched in Sep 2017 and runs until Dec 2021.
