IT4INNOVATIONS brought their technology to a new level thanks to TETRAMAX

IT4I, a partner in the TETRAMAX project, successfully completed the SPLWAN-LT technology transfer experiment which shared the technology of Low-Power WAN (LPWAN) IoT infrastructure for detecting security incidents with industrial partner Inotecha, Ltd in Lithuania.

The SPLWAN_LT project was supported by TETRAMAX. The result of this experiment brought the readiness level of the transferred technology to a TRL 6, which means there was a successful demonstration of the implemented infrastructure in the relevant environment.

The infrastructure is divided into a radio and a core part. This particular testbed was implemented in Klaipeda, a city on the Baltic Sea coast, and covered a wide area from the seaport to the northern part of the city. The industrial partner Inotecha, Ltd. was able to cover all technical aspects of the transferred technology and provide subsequent development towards new business opportunities.
