Thanks to TECHMO, you can order chicken wings
As requested by AmRest, one of the KFC restaurants in Wrocław, a pilot kiosk controlled by a voice interface was launched. The system handles orders at a Drive Thru establishment.
The authors of the solution are M4B, a company specializing in digital signage, in partnership with Talkie.Ai, (known for their implementation of a voicebot for a hair salon network Jean Louis David). The speech recognition technology for the system is provided by Techmo. We will inform you about the development of the project.
